Tata Motors Discontinues Victory Yellow Colour For Tiago Hatchback

Tata Motors has silently updated the colour scheme of the Tiago hatchback. The carmaker has removed the Victory Yellow exterior shade from the line-up. The car is listed on the official website with the revised colour palette. The hatchback is now available in five exterior shades – Flame Red, Pure Silver, Arizona Blue, Pearlescent White, and Daytona Grey. The Victory Yellow colour of the Tiago has been removed from the official website. Recently, the brand replaced the Tectonic Blue shade with a new Arizona Blue colour.

Tiago Powertrain

Presently, the car is offered in seven variants in XE, XT, XZ and XZ+ trim options. The car comes in a single powertrain option, which is a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine mated with either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT). The petrol mill is tuned to make 85 bhp and develops 113 Nm of peak torque. Prices of the Tiago begin at Rs. 4.85 lakh, the top variant comes at Rs. 6.84 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Tata is also working on new CNG models that are expected to be introduced in the country in FY2021-22. As per the sources, the homegrown automaker is working on the CNG versions of the Tiago hatchback and Tigor subcompact SUV. Both the cars are expected to go on sale in India in the coming months.
