The company has teased the Seltos Gravity edition ahead of its launch. Kia Seltos Gravity edition was unveiled last year. Kia Seltos could be launched in a new edition sometime in the month of April 2021. The company has posted a picture on social media, showing an apple and a book.

This teaser image hints at Newton’s discovery of Gravity, thus talking about the Seltos Gravity edition. This post reveals that the company is going to launch Gravity Edition of Seltos in the Indian market soon. The Gravity edition is expected to be launched in India as well and it could most likely be based on the top-spec Kia Seltos HTX+ and GTX+ variants.
Compared to the standard model, the Seltos Gravity edition receives updates to the exterior and interior. Unveiled for the Korean market last year, the Kia Seltos Gravity edition receives updates in the form of a new chrome-studded grille. The international spec car also gets 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels which are partly finished in gloss black and partly diamond cut, a faux diffuser on the rear bumper, a revised rear skid plate and contrast coloured ORVMs. Changes to the interior remain limited to a grey colour scheme.
As Kia is preparing for a ‘big announcement’ on April 27 so it is expected that this variant could come with an option of a panoramic sunroof – similar to what the Hyundai Creta gets. The model is currently offered with a standard sunroof. It has also been rumoured that this variant could be the first Kia model in India to receive the updated brand logo. Sources in the know have also revealed that the powertrain options are expected to remain unchanged.
