Kia Carnival MPV Now Available With 30 Day Return Scheme

Not Impressed With Kia Carnival? Now, you have an option of returning back the MPV to the carmaker. Automaker Kia India has rolled out an industry-first ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ under which buyers of its Carnival luxury MPV can choose to return the vehicle within 30 days of purchase. It is to be noted that this service is available for private owners only and will not be applicable for cab or fleet operators.

Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme

The new ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ is valid on all variants of the Carnival MPV. Under this one-of-a-kind initiative, a customer will be eligible to recover 95% of the ex-showroom cost of Carnival, as well as the overhead cost incurred for the registration, finances, and more on the vehicle. It is, however, mandatory that the Carnival MPV has not crossed 1,500km from the date of purchase. The odometer should not cross the 1,500 km mark. The vehicle should also be free of any physical damages, failures, and pending claims. It is important that the particular Carnival unit is registered in the name of the person who chooses to return it. This includes all documentation and charges. A NOC from the financier will also need to be submitted.
